Receiving Your Order
- Examine your order immediately upon delivery.
- If the packaging appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse to accept the delivery, and let us know immediately via WhatsApp or email with your Order ID.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment must be made before opening the package.
When Can You Return or Exchange?
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The item is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or you received the wrong product.
- The request is made within 24 hours of delivery.
- Please do not ship the item back until you hear from us—otherwise, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund.
Return Process
- Report the issue via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours along with your Order ID and clear photos of the issue.
- All returns must include the original tags, packaging, and invoice.
- Once approved, we’ll arrange a free return pick-up via our courier partners.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition they were delivered.
- Refunds are issued only for the product cost, not shipping charges.
- Shipments damaged in return transit without authorization cannot be refunded or replaced.
Exchange Conditions
Returns are eligible for exchange if due to:
- Defects
- Wrong item delivered
- You’ve changed your mind (within 24 hours)
- Exchanges depend on stock availability.
- If your desired item isn’t available, we’ll offer a refund.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are given for valid claims involving defects or wrong deliveries only.
- Once the return is received and inspected, we initiate the refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via your original payment method wherever possible.
Additional Guidelines
- Exchanges are allowed only once per order.
- Items discounted by 25% or more, or part of “Buy X Get Y” offers, cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Make your return request within 24 hours of delivery to qualify.
